A2O LITE's NEON completes a triple crown

Circle Chart's rankings for the week of 18 to 24 October put A2O LITE's debut single NEON at No.1 on the overall digital chart for a second consecutive week. The rookie girl group also held No.1 on the streaming chart and the global K-pop chart, completing a triple crown across three of Circle's main song rankings. Soompi reported the results on 1 November.

The overall digital chart's top five mixes new and established acts. i-dle's Soyeon climbed to No.2 with I'm gonna TOESA, while the AI project MEOMURU rose to No.3 with The Adult I Dreamed Of. RESCENE took the next two places, with LOVE ATTACK at No.4 and Deja Vu at No.5. A triple crown means the same song led three separate Circle charts in the same week, so the result gives A2O LITE a strong early chart footprint.

Holding No.1 ahead of a solo release from Soyeon and a project like MEOMURU is a notable position for a rookie group.

Streaming chart: NEON holds as RESCENE and MEOMURU swap

On the streaming chart, NEON remained No.1, with Soyeon's I'm gonna TOESA at No.2. The only change inside the top five from the overall digital chart was a swap between RESCENE's LOVE ATTACK and MEOMURU's The Adult I Dreamed Of: LOVE ATTACK took No.3 and The Adult I Dreamed Of No.4. RESCENE's Deja Vu completed the top five at No.5.

Streaming rankings tend to reflect repeated listening over the week rather than a single burst of purchases. NEON's continued No.1 suggests the track is being played steadily, not just bought or streamed in a release-week spike. RESCENE's two songs in the top five give the group simultaneous streaming entries, a sign of catalogue interest beyond a single title. MEOMURU's rise into the top four puts an AI project alongside conventional idol releases, which is useful context for readers following how Circle's charts measure actual listening.

IVE and JxJ lead download chart debuts

IVE topped the download chart with Looks Can Kill, which debuted at No.1. SEVENTEEN's new unit JxJ, made up of Jeonghan and Joshua, entered at No.2 with 12 o'clock. NMIXX's Birthday Wish debuted at No.3. A2O LITE's NEON rose to No.4, and FLARE U's Bloom jumped to No.5.

The download chart captures a different kind of release-week activity: listeners buying or downloading a track, often soon after release. IVE's No.1 debut shows immediate demand for Looks Can Kill, while JxJ's No.2 entry gives the unit a strong opening on the same measure. NMIXX's Birthday Wish at No.3 adds another new entry to the top three. For A2O LITE, NEON's rise to No.4 on downloads shows the song is not only streaming well but also attracting purchase activity.

FLARE U's Bloom climbing to No.5 rounds out a top five that mixes established groups, a new unit and a rising act.

JxJ's DREAMSCAPE tops a physical album chart full of variants

JxJ's debut mini album DREAMSCAPE topped the physical album chart. NMIXX's new EP Strange Muse entered at No.2, while PLAVE's HYPERDRIVE stayed at No.3. The Nemo version of IVE's Looks Can Kill debuted at No.4, and the LP version of CORTIS's GREENGREEN_playextended entered at No.5.

The album chart's top five highlights how physical releases now arrive in multiple formats. IVE's Nemo version and CORTIS's LP version are both specific editions rather than the only version of those releases. That matters for chart interpretation: a high placing can reflect collectors choosing a particular package, not just the number of individual listeners. JxJ's No.1 with DREAMSCAPE gives the Jeonghan and Joshua unit a strong debut on the physical side, while NMIXX and PLAVE hold high positions alongside those variant editions.

CORTIS's LP entry at No.5 shows that vinyl-style formats are part of the chart conversation too.

Global K-pop chart: NEON stays top as K/DA arrive

A2O LITE's NEON also remained No.1 on the global K-pop chart for a second consecutive week. K/DA's new single FIRESTARTER debuted at No.2. The track features the voices of i-dle's Miyeon and Soyeon, along with Sophie Powers. HUNTR/X's Golden, from the Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack, took No.3, followed by BTS's SWIM at No.4 and Rosé and Bruno Mars's APT. at No.5.

K/DA is League of Legends' virtual group, and its No.2 entry places a virtual act directly behind A2O LITE on the global chart. The top five mixes a rookie group, a virtual group, a soundtrack song, a BTS track and a cross-border pop collaboration. That range is useful context for the global K-pop chart: it measures international consumption across different kinds of K-pop-related releases, not just traditional idol comebacks.

NEON's second week at No.1 suggests the song is holding attention outside Korea as well as domestically.

Social Chart 3.0: BTS set the engagement pace

BTS topped the Social Chart 3.0, with ILLIT at No.2. A2O LITE took No.3, followed by PSY at No.4 and TWICE at No.5.

The social chart tracks online engagement rather than sales or streams. BTS's No.1 shows that their social footprint remains a major factor in the chart even without a new album in this week's top five. A2O LITE's No.3 is notable because it places the rookie group alongside established acts on a measure of discussion and engagement. ILLIT at No.2 and TWICE at No.5 add to a top five that reflects fandom activity across several generations of K-pop.

For A2O LITE, appearing high on both music and social charts suggests the NEON release is generating conversation as well as listening.

What this week's Circle results mean

The week's Circle results leave A2O LITE with the clearest headline: a debut single holding No.1 on the overall digital, streaming and global K-pop charts at once. That is a strong position for a rookie group, and it comes against new releases from IVE, NMIXX and SEVENTEEN's JxJ unit, all of which made immediate impressions on the download and album charts. JxJ's DREAMSCAPE topping the album chart and K/DA's FIRESTARTER entering the global chart at No.2 are the other notable results.

Circle's charts combine several different measures, so a single week can show a song leading on one metric while another release leads on another. The practical takeaway is that NEON is currently the most consistent performer across Circle's song charts, while the album and download charts show strong release-week demand for IVE, NMIXX and JxJ. The next week's rankings will show whether NEON can hold its triple crown or whether the new entries begin to close the gap.
